Andrew Bird

October 25, 2009

Tonight I am going to see the fabulous St. Vincent and Andrew Bird at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia. They are two of my most favorite artists, I can’t wait! Tomorrow I will be picking up a role of film from being developed and dropping off 5, so stay tuned for some good stuff. Here’s a scooby snack to hold you until then. This is a photo I captured of a friend last year with 35mm.

New Shoes!

October 20, 2009

In the mail today I received my new Tom’s shoes made of hand painted canvas by artists that inspire me: Kristen Jai Klosterman and Brandon Boyd, cut up and sewn together at Tom’s shoes. I have pair #6 out of 31. They are all different. I am in love. To watch the video of my shoes being …made and to learn more go here. Please support Tom’s Shoes. For every pair you buy, a pair is given to a child in need. It’s a beautiful thing.

Here are some pictures I recently captured. Enjoy!

I went to an Arctic Monkeys concert to volunteer with Oxfam last night and the show was incredible, here are some shots.

new new new

September 23, 2009

Sorry it took me so long, but I have been super busy taking photos and exploring great things in Philly and in NYC. Here are some photos from Philly and New York’s Central park where I attended the Human Countdown. I had some light leak into my film, but perhaps it was a happy mistake? You decide.

PS- This is a favorite song from Crosby, Stills and Nash. Check out their performance of it from Woodstock.
